Terms of Service

Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial property maintenance services, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal in Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and scheduling efficiency.

Quotes and Agreements

Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if service requirements differ upon inspection.
Acceptance of a quote (verbally, electronically, or in writing) constitutes agreement to these Terms.
Seasonal contracts cover only the services and dates specified.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property details and contact information.

• Keep driveways, gates, and access points free of obstructions (e.g., parked vehicles, bins, debris).

• Notify us promptly of hazards (e.g., hidden obstacles, loose siding, damaged ground surfaces).

Failure to provide safe, reasonable access may delay or limit our ability to complete the service.

Scheduling and Service Times

Routes are built for efficiency; we cannot guarantee service at an exact time unless otherwise specified.
After weather events (e.g., heavy snow or rain), service order is prioritized by route design and property type.
Delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances do not constitute breach of contract.

Payment and Billing

Payment is due according to the billing schedule provided (monthly, per visit, or seasonal contract). We accept credit card, e-transfer, and cheque. Overdue balances may result in service suspension until payment is received. Interest may apply to overdue accounts at a disclosed annual rate permitted by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

Seasonal contracts are non-refundable once service begins, except where required by law.
Individual service cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.
If we are unable to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Liability

While we take care to avoid damage, InsideOut Services Inc. is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property (e.g., cracked pavement, chipped siding, loose steps).

• Damage caused by hidden or unmarked obstacles (e.g., rebar, rocks, extension cords, low-hanging wires).

• Weather-related outcomes outside our control (e.g., drifting snow, thaw/freeze conditions, lawn drought damage).

Our liability for any claim will not exceed the cost of the service provided. We do not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable law.

Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access.

• Content (text, images, logos) is the property of InsideOut Services Inc. and may not be copied without permission.
