Our compact tractors start as early as 12 AM depending on the size of the snowfall, quickly and efficiently clearing your driveway before you even wake up. Note: We do not offer tractor services to all gravel driveways. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition and suitability of your driveway.

We also use driveway markers to guide us at night, ensuring we stay within the boundaries of your driveway and avoid the grass.
Yes, they are! Unlike plows that apply heavy pressure, our system applies significantly less pressure because we can control exactly how much force is put on your driveway, even more so than a traditional snowblower.

Yes, as an add-on service, we will continue to offer shovelling of entrances and pathways. Shovelling packages start at $300 for the entire season, and include the front entrance and pathway.
Yes, we continue to offer our regular plowing services. We no longer offer walk-behind snow blowing services as we are focusing solely on our Tractor snow blowing option.
Our crews start as early as 12 AM to make sure your driveway is cleared before the day begins. We’re in and out in under 5 minutes, minimizing any disruption. According to Thunder Bay’s noise bylaws, snow removal is exempt from noise restrictions, meaning it’s completely legal to operate snow-clearing equipment at any hour when necessary. This allows us to get the job done early—without breaking any rules, and without keeping you up at night.
To maximize the area we can clean, you are expected to move your vehicle when you get the notification to do so. If you know a car will be parked in your driveway on certain days, please park as close to the garage door or house and as far to one side as possible. This helps us clear the maximum amount of snow efficiently. Please note that for the sake of timely service and because we often operate during the night, our drivers will not knock on doors or wait for vehicles to be moved. Your cooperation ensures faster and more complete service for everyone.
Yes we do. We will clear all ridges left by the city plow. Did the city plow go by after our second pass? No problem, just give us a call and we will come clear it within 24 hours. Sometimes the city plows are significantly delayed, this is out of our control and we do our best to come back in a timely manner.
When a significant storm is approaching, we’ll keep you fully informed. You’ll receive an email and/or text with details of our service plan, including what to expect and when to expect us. For longer storms, we’ll continue to send updates as conditions change. If you have any questions during a storm, feel free to call or email us—we do our best to respond to all inquiries promptly.
To ensure safe and effective service, our operators are trained to maintain a clearance of 6–12 inches from driveway markers and 12–16 inches from parked vehicles, buildings, garage doors, and overhangs.
While we can’t control when snow starts or stops, we aim for you to have full access to your driveway during the storm. For any snowfall over 10cm, our goal is to have all driveways cleared by 8 AM. If snow begins late overnight (e.g., after 5 AM), some delays may occur, but we’ll be out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your understanding in these rare situations!
For small snowfalls between 5-10cm, we will complete one pass starting our routes at 8am.
Our tractor operators do not do any shovelling, we have a separate crew for that. Our shoveller’s work from 6am to 8pm and work through a pre-planned, optimized route.
