Yes, we will service your lawn on the same day that is agreed upon. Rain delays of up to 2 days may occur, and if this happens we will let you know immedately.
Our cutting heights will vary depending on the time of year and weather conditions. Spring and fall we will cut 2.5-3 inches and in the dry summer months we will cut 3-3.5 inches to ensure your lawn looks healthy and does not dry up from the heat.
For our clients who don’t pre-pay for the season, at the end of every month you will receive an invoice for all visits that were incurred that month. All invoices will be due upon receipt. Payment can be made by credit card, e-transfer, or cash.
Yes, we offer snow plowing services for commercial and residential properties.
All of our season contract customers take priority, and your driveway will be serviced within 12 hours after the snow has stopped. We follow a specific route for time management purposes.
Our season contracts include unlimited snowfalls between November 15th and April 15th. We dispatch our crews for all snowfalls 5cm or more. Shovelling is available for an additional cost.
For season contracts, if the job is complete and the plow comes by within 24 hours, we will come by and clean up the end of the driveway upon request. After 24 hours we charge a revisit fee of $30. We understand some roads are not cleared by the city plow within 24 hours, and in this case just send us an email or give us a call and we will come clear the ridge.
For large snowstorms, at our discretion we may come out each day until the storm is done to ensure you can leave your driveway. This is storm dependent, and we inform clients of our plans the day before a snowfall.
No, we do not offer walk-behind snow blowing services. We offer snow blowing with our tractor and inverted snowblower set-up. This allows us to disperse snow on your property evenly, and avoid leaving large piles a traditional plow does.
No, our team brings all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use professional-grade products and tools to ensure effective cleaning results.
The duration of the cleaning depends on factors such as the size of your home, the level of cleaning required, and the number of cleaners on the team. We can provide an estimated time frame based on your specific needs. The first visits generally take longer than subsequent visits.
It’s up to you whether you prefer to be present or not during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes and trust our professional cleaners to complete the job efficiently.
